Miller, Jr. of Washington was elected president of Rappahannock National Bank Tuesday at a meeting of the directors. He has been associated with this bank since 1925, was executive vice president and has served as cashier for the past 14 years. He fills the vacancy left by the recent death of Robert W. Miller of Woodville. Thomas Williams of Flint Hill was named vice president and George Miller of Woodville was named to the board of directors at Tuesday’s called meeting.
