Tom Frost, who is private life has established himself as a successful businessman in Warrenton, has also served on the Virginia Advisory Legislative Council, which is composed of influential leaders from the Senate and House of Delegates. The Council studies state problems and issues which require legislative attention and makes recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly. Needless to say, one of Mr. Frost’s principal themes in the coming campaign will be “experience” and the need for a legislator who can “get things done” in Richmond.
The outcome of the coming Frost-Pulliam contest for the House of Delegates will be of utmost importance to all residents of Rappahannock, Fauquier and Warren counties. It will also, however, be of interest to all Virginia citizens; for the results of this race will have a great effect upon the balance of power within the state legislature. We should all make every effort possible to weigh all the factors in making our decision concerning this contest, which will probably be the most important of all elections for the Virginia House of Delegates this fall.
