Mr. and Mrs. Pratt Brown of Culpeper announce the birth of a daughter, Tammy Jo, born July 23, 1969 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Carter White of Slate Mills are the maternal grandparents of the baby and Mr. and Mrs. John M. Brown of Culpeper are paternal i grandparents.
