Dr. and Mrs. Alfred Armstrong of Williamsburg and Miller Armstrong and John O’Bannon of Richmond spent Sunday night with Mr. and Mrs. J. M. O’Bannon. They were joined on Monday by Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Armstrong, Jr. of Staunton for the funeral of Mrs. Lily O’Bannon Barber. Henry Brown returned home Sunday from the Culpeper Memorial Hospital. Miss Bonnie Brown of Washington, D. C. and Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Brown and family of Culpeper spent Sunday with their parents. Barney Pauze left Saturday evening to enroll in the University of Iowa. On Monday Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson accompanied their granddaughters Judy and Joanne Johnson to National Airport for the return to their home in Lakeland, Florida.
The Woodville Home Demonstration Club met Tuesday with Mrs. Amos Butler. The program topic, Correct Fit of a Garment, was presented by Mrs. Edward Brown and Mrs. B. Gale Titchenell.
