Cumins are spending a three weeks* vacation in Hauppauge, N. Y. Luncheon guests Monday of Mr. and Mrs. J. Rodes Brown were Captain and Mrs. A. Paul Thompson of Fork Union. Mrs. Keith Heine of Manassas was a luncheon guest on Friday of Mrs. Mary Clater. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Clater of Warren ton were her recent visitors. Mr. and Mrs. Mark Black of Glen Burnie, Md. spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. G. M. Black. Mrs. Luther Brown, who has been a patient in Winchester Memorial Hospital since October with severe burns, returned Tuesday to the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Wayland.

Kim and Kelly Jo Gilkey attended a birthday party for Lisa Williams in Front Royal recently and attended another for Bruce and Linda McNeill.
Mrs. Sherman Williams and Georgie Williams both underwent surgery in Warren Memorial Hospital last week and both are improving satisfactorily. Willie G. Williams entered the same hospital Sunday for tests and x-rays.
Mrs. Pet Smith returned to her home Monday from Warren Memorial Hospital after being a patient there for more than two weeks.
