McCoy, uavmu of the Rappahannock County Heart Fund Campaign, presents a Scott Demand Inhilator to Donald Gore, president of the newly organized Sperryville . Rescue Squad as Thomas Atkins looks on. The Virginia Heart Association made the contribution of the equipment for use in the new rescue unit in June of 1969. However, it was not delivered until the completion of the training for squadsmen and the purchase of an ambulance. The Sperryville Rescue Squad will be ready for service next week. Since 1958 the Virginia Heart Association has been assisting rescue squads in acquiring oxygen equipment and during fiscal 1968-69 the association donated oxygen equipment valued at $3,000 to 25 rescue units.
