A funeral service for David Jackson Miller of Washington, Va. was held Sunday at the graveside in the family cemetery on Greenwood Farm near Washington, the Rev. C. F. Melton conducting the service. Mr. Miller, 73, a retired farmer, died Friday, February 20, 1970 at the Winchester Memorial Hospital. A native of Rappahannock County, he was the son of the late Brook Robert and May Menefee Miller. He was a member of Washington Baptist Church. He is survived by two brothers, Brook Menefee „ Miller of Washington, Va., and Henry Lloyd Miller of Luray, and two sisters, Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett
Massiev Jr., an A. Mrs. Wade JJ. bothof Washington, Va., Pallbearers were Woody Dodson, George W. Beahm, Edward Clatterbuck, John Clark, Thomas Massie, D. Lyle Miller, Jr., Brook Moffett and W. G. East ham. Geest Funeral Home was in charge.
Mrs. Daisy D. Bodine
Mrs. Daisy Dell Bodine of Bristow died February 20, 1970 at Prince William Hospital, Manassas. She was a long time resident of Amissville and at that time the wife of the late Newton Sisk.
She is survived by her husband, William Allen Bodine of Bristow. Also surviving are eight children from her first marriage: Mrs. Lillie Jane Pullen, Mrs. Daisy Marie Rose, Mrs. Coty Edwards, Mrs. Anna Viola Card, Mrs. Barbara Bean, Mrs. Margarei Manuel, Winfred J. Sisk anc At hey H. Sisk, and 32 grandchildren.
A funeral service was belt Monday at Greenwicl Presbyterian Church with th< Rev. Cornish in charge. Intermenl was in the Amissville Baptls Cemetery. '
