AM those two tracts or parcels of land described as follows:
(1) That tract or parcel of land with old grist mill and storeroom known as the “Mill Lot", located in Swartz Hollow near Sperryville, Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing nine (9) acres, more or less, and being the same land conveyed to
5' ^owen’rby deed dat*d Auigust 6, 1930, from George H Davis, Jr., Substituted Trustee, which deed is erf record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 42 at Jr age 494. (2) That tract or parcel df land located in Swartz Hollow near Sperryville, Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappa^ bannock County, Virginia, being the 19 acre tract of land conveyed to Oakley H. Bowen by deed dated June 8, 1944 froni Joseph S. Dodson, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 45 at Page 58 and which is assessed on the land books of said County as 16.5 acres.
The two above described tracts will be sold separately and then as a whole and the sale is subject to the approval Of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia. TERMS: A deposit of 10% of the purchase price payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, wijl be required on Hie date of the sale and the balance of the purchase price be paid within 80 days.
