The members or f.B.L.A. attended the Madison Regional F.B.L.A. meeting that was held in Harrisonburg, on April 11. Danny Hitt won the title of Mr. F.B.L.A. after taking a written test and then being interviewed. He will represent the Madison Region (some 20 schools make up this region) at the state convention held in Roanoke on April 25. Betty Jenkins won a merit award for her essay about business. Mrs. Pomeroy is the sponsor of F.B.L.A. and attended also.
The boys of R.C.H.S. won the physical fitness test from, the Northern Virginia District. ^The following boys will participate in the competition in Maryland this Saturday. They are Mike Massie, Maury Nicholos, John Deal, Oliver Myers, Ronnie Smoot, and Charles Thomas. The test consisted of running, sit-ups, pull-ups, and push-ups. Congratulations to these boys for bringing out the best in Rappahannock.
