It shall be lawful to hunt bearded turkeys only from April 17 to May 9, 1971, both dates Inclusive, from one-half hour before sunrise to 11 o’clock a.m., except in the counties of Buchanan, Dickenson, Lee, Russell, Scott and Wise; and on Clinch Mountain Wildlife Management Area in Smyth and Tazewell counties and Hidden VaUey Wildlife Management Area in Washington County, which shall be closed to hunting.
