The marriage of Miss Mary Susan Stephens, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raphael W. Stephens of Hopewell, to Edwin Kent Henry, son of Mr. and Mrs. Homer E. Henry of Castleton Farms, Castleton, took place in the parlor of the First Baptist Church, Hopewell on Sunday, March 22 at 2:30 p.m. The Rev. Robert C. Stevens performed the double ring ceremony. The parlorwas decorated with candelabra. Mrs. James Marquis, pianist, provided the wedding music.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a street-length navy crepe dress with a beige lace coat. She chose a beige petal hat with a small veil and beige accessories and wore a corsage of white roses.
