NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries at a meeting held in Richmond, Virginia, on March 20, 1970, ordered the following proposed changes In its regulations pursuant to' Sections 29-128,29-128 and 29-127 of the Code of Virginia. A public hearing for this purpose of adopting such changes will be held at 4010 West Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia, at 9:30 a.m., May 1,1970.
CHAPTER 14. Quail Amend Regulation R14-1 to read as follows: It shall be lawful to hunt quail in the counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the third Monday in November through February 15, both dates inclusive.
CHAPTER 16. Raccoon. Amend Regulation R16-1 to read as follows:
