Mrs. Margaret F. Kilby
Mrs. Margaret Frances Kilby of Sperryville died April 10, 1970 in a Charlottesville hospital. She was 90 years old, a life long resident of Rappahannock and had been alert and active until a short while before her death. She was the widow of Walter B. Kilby and was a prominent member of the F. T. Valley Baptist Church.
A funeral service was held Sunday at the Clore Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. William Harrison conducting the rites. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery, Culpeper.
Mrs. Kilby is survived by five sons, Lucio J. Kilby, Earl J. Kilby f and Irvhft H- JKtlbyf^ all of i Sperryville; Dr. Walter L. Kilby of Baltimore, Md. and Maury W. Kilby of Wytheville; three daughters, Mrs. C. R. Hite and Mis. Aylette Buckner, both of Sperryville and Mrs. Lewis Tyus of Richmond. Also surviving are three brothers, A. Waverly Yowell of Etlan, Joseph L. Yowell of Sperryville and Jacob M. Yowell of Boston. There are fourteen grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Dutton Yowell, J. B. Perkins, E. M. Jones, Thomas B. Massie, Cecil Coppage, George W. Miller, Nelson Revercomb and Thurman Mitchell.

Mrs. Thomas B. Williams and children from Warwick, Rhode Island are visiting Mr. Williams’ parents Mr. and Mrs. B. B. Williams for three weeks. Mr. Williams will join his family this weekend for a weeks' visit before returning to Warwick.
