The W:M.S. of Amissville Baptist Church met Tuesday at the home of Mrs. Peggy Jones. Guests Monday afternoon of the Rev. and Mrs. Charles Kindred were Mr. and Mrs. Hinton Harris of Annandale. Rev. Kindred is the guest speaker at a revival this week at the Oriean Baptist Church and the Young Peoples Choir of the Amissville Baptist Church accompanied him Sunday night to provide special music for the service. Those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Burner and daughter Gaye, Mr. and Mrs. Silas O’Bannon, Misses Kay and Lee Lawrence, Debbie Jefflres, Martha Ann Settle, Roger Cordani, Mrs. Kindred and children Susan and John.
