Inland Fisheries at a meeting held In Richmond, Virginia, on March 20, 1970, ordered the following proposed changes in its regulations pursuant to Sections 20-128,20-120 and 20-127 of the Code of Virginia. A public hearing for this purpose of adopting such changes will be held at 4010 West Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia, at 0:90 a.m., May 1, 1070.
CHAPTER 2. (Game)
In General.
Amend Regulation R2-1 to read as follows:
It shall be lawful to hunt game birds and game animals in the snow.
Adopt a new regulation to be numbered R2-4.4 as follows: (a) It shall be unlawful to hunt on Wednesdays and Saturdays in that portion of die White Oak Mountain Wildlife Management Area south of Virginia State Highway 708 and west of Virginia State Highway kC07\tmm the third Monday in % November through February ^ 15, both dates inclusive, without first having paid to the Commission for such privilege a daily use fee of ten dollars (910.00). Such daily use fee shall be in addition to all other license fees provided by law. (b) Upon acceptance of the use fee the Commission shall issue a special permit which shall be signed and carried by the person hunting. The number
