Barney Pauze, formerly of Woodville, Va., received • bachelor of arts degree in Psychology from the University of lowa In Iowa City at commencement held May 28, 1970. An estimated 2,500 degrees were conferred, the largest number ever granted by the University of Iowa at any one graduation.
President Willard L. Boyd conferred the degrees and delivered the traditional charge to the graduates. Ninety-seven Iowa Counties, 44 other states and the District of Columbia, plus 16 other countries were represented.
