Mr*. Isaiah Woodard
Mrs. Rosa Belle Woodard of Washington, D. C. and Sperryville, died Friday, June 5, 1970 in Suitland, Md. She is survived by her husband, Isaiah Woodard; three sons, Maurice, George and William Woodard; two daughters, Mrs. Carrie Wescott and Mrs. Elsie Walters; and two step-children, Mrs. Edith Blersch and Grover Woodard. Sisters surviving Mrs. Woodard are Mrs. Minnie Sckoppeglia, Mrs. Carrie Matchett and a brother, William Dudley, also survives with 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandch il dren.
A funeral service was held Monday at Bethany Christian Church, Suitland, Md. and interment was in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Clarence L. Printz
Funeral services for Clarence Lee Printz of Flint Hill were conducted Wednesday at 4 p.m. at the graveside in the Printz family section of Washington Masonic cemetery. Elder Clarence Frazier of Warrenton conducted the service. Mr. Printz, 57, died June 7, 1970 at his home. A retired carpenter, he was the son of the late Thomas Jackson Printz and Adabelle Nichols Printz of Rappahannock County.
Survivors include his wife Eva Mae Fincham Printz; eight daughters, Mrs. Leroy Fewell of Falls Church, Mrs. William Pyne of Lignum, Mrs. William Cook and Mrs. Ernest Mayhugh of Warrenton, Mrs. Johnny Jenkins of Manassas, Mrs. Helen Kems of Baltimore, Mrs. Daniel Sutherland of Arlington and Mrs. Harry Hamm of Laurel Mills; two sons, Wade J. Printz of Warrenton and Jimmie L. Printz of Baltimore; a step-son, Cover F. Baker of Jeffersonton; three brothers, Lawrence L. Printz of Culpeper, Cletus H. Printz of Amissville and Thomas W. Printz of Flint Hill; two sisters, Mrs. Mamie Hamm and Mrs. Tempus Aileen Bowie, both of Front Royal.
Geest Funeral Parlors were in charge.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Parker of Culpeper and Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Updike, Jr. of Manassas were guests Friday of Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Updike and attended the Commencement exercises at Rappahannock County High School. Mr. and Mrs. Updike, Jr. and son, Bryan remained for the weekend in the Updike home. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lee Smith
