Richmond spent the weekend and several days this week with her mother, Mrs. L. J. Turner. B. N. Eubank of Roanoke arrived Tuesday for a two day visit in the Turner home. Mr. and Mrs. Field Benton and son, Hugh, of Ft. Smith, Arkansas were Saturday overnight guests of Mrs. Benton’s brother-in-law and sister, Judge and Mrs. B. M. Miller and left to spend some time at their home Ivy Oaks in the Old Hollow.
Other guests Sunday in the B. M. Miller home were Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Campbell of Luray and Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Federline of Arlington. Mrs. Preston Avery of Winchester was a caller Sunday of relatives and friends in town. Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett was a Sunday dinner guest of Mrs. W. C. Campbell.
