Onto lightly floured board or pastry cloth turn out dough and knead gently 30 seconds. Roll out to 8xl6-inch rectangle. With sharp knife cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise in V6-inch strips. Place on backing sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm or cool. Store in tightly covered container.
