The other day I saw an announcement in a popular newspaper: BLACKS UNITE. Well, goody goody gum drops, why shouldn’t blacks unite in a common cause? For that matter, why shouldn’t whites or other ethnic groups unite? I’ll tell you why some of the white people will not unite; we are just too plain stupid. If we had termites in our homes we would soon have the exterminator in to treat the premises, and yet we sit around on our you-know-what and let these human termites eat away at the very foundations of our society. And I guess that is enough of that at this time.
When I was young we UNITED with the church, we became a UNION of Christian Believers. When I go to church locally I begin to think that the UNION has been disbanded. What has become of the faithful that once filled the churches? Are they all
