in Baseball League
The Village team is out in front in the Tri-County Slow Pitch Softball League after defeating Amissviile by one point in last week’s play. Amissviile dropped another game also to Warrenton Training Center who took a three point victory. This leaves Amissviile and Charted Industries tied for second place. Second Half Standings are:

Warrenton Training Center also won a second game with Viewtown with a 9-8 score in eight innings bringing WTC closer to the top.
The second game of a scheduled double header between WTC and Viewtown was not played and has not been rescheduled. Coming up tonight, Thursday, is a game between Charted Industries and Village at the latter diamond and Amissviile at Viewtown. Sunday the game will be Village at Amissviile.
