A delegation from Sperryville submitted a request for the time of the regular meetings of the Board of Supervisors to be changed to night or Saturday morning. Supervisors Wood and Luttrell stated they would not attend night sessions and without further discussion a motion was made by Mr. Wilbur for Saturday morning. This received a second from Mr. Luttrell and a query from Mr. Foster concerning the advisability of taking such important action without all members present and considered. Acting chairman stated this perfectly legal and the motion received unanimous approval from Supervisors Wood, Luttrell, Wilbur and Foster, and the delegation promptly left.
Hospital contract with Culpeper Memorial was approved at a rate per day of $56.53.
The terms of two members ol the Water and Sewerage Authority, Maurice O’Bannor | and W. F. Moffett Jr. had expiree and they were reappointed for t ' term of four years.
