Some months ago I had our field forces stake the right of way in the neighborhood of your property. The right of way widths along Route 211 vary; however, it is in violation of Section 33-18 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, to place any sign, merchandise, etc. on this right of way. It is also a violation to conduct commercial business on Highway Right of Way.
With increasing traffic on Route 211 and the encroachment along our right of way increasing, it has become necessary to require that all encroachments be removed.
