James B. Perkins underwent surgery at University of Virginia Hospital on Friday and is recovering satisfactorily. His family visit him frequently. Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Frick of Potomac, Md. were guests on Sunday of Mrs. Perkins and accompanied her to the hospital to visit him.
Mrs. Lester Yates and daughters Lois and Janet spent several days in Indiana and on Sunday attended the Primitive Baptist Church Association in Connersvilie, Ind. Lois Yates who had been visiting friends in Ohio, returned home with them on Monday.
Miss Bula Crigler of Madison and Mrs. Gertie Springer of Arlington were visitors Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Tabler.
Ranny Aylor and Mrs. Pauline Eubank accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Charles BattigHa and family
to National Airport on Saturday where they left for their home in Howard Beach, N. Y. after a week’s visit with Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Aylor.
