The families of Whippoorwill 1 Associates gathered at the site of I their new dam near Washington, < Va. for a picnic celebrating its completion on Saturday, the 16th ; of October. The dam will create a ] lake on Whippoorwill Farms of < from 30 to 40 acres in size. Among 1 those present all from:i Washington, D. C., were Mr. and i Mrs. Arnold Sagalyn, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Brown, Mr. and Mrs. Guidenhorn, Mr. and Mrs. Eicholtz, and Mr. and Mrs. Peter Leibowitz, and relatives and friends. After the picnic, a game of touch football developed into skinned knees and gaiety. A long and pleasant hike took the families and friends about the property in the fall sunshine. After the picnic the party moved to Jessamine Hill Farm, the home of Mr. Frank McGee, noted journalist and current MC of the
TODAY show on NBC television, for supper, where Mr. and Mrs. Leibowitz acted as host and hostess.
