New Admis’n Policy

In an effort to prevent anyone from being turned away from a future Rappahannock County High School basketball game, a new policy is going into effect starting December 20.
Adult tickets will go on sale at the school the day before a game and the day of the game. Those people buying tickets in advance will be guaranteed admission until 7:30 p.m.
After 7:30, the doors will be opened to anyone who could not get in because we were reserving space for pre-sale tickets. When our seating capacity is reached, the doors will be locked and no one else will be admitted.
This does not mean that no one will be admitted before 7:30 without a pre-sale ticket. It simply means that admission will not be guaranteed without one. Students or adults may purchase the adult tickets in the high school office the day of the game or the school day before. These tickets cannot be used for any other game than the one stamped on it, nor can they be used at away games. We hope this policy will help prevent any recurrences of the unfortunate events at the Luray game when many local and visiting fans could not be admitted because we were filled to capacity.
