Order of Publication Virginia: In the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County: State Highway Commissioner of Virginia . Plaintiff va. ' At. Law No. 575 Myrtle C. Banks, et als, 1314 Staples Street N.E. Washington, D.C. 20002 And the Next of Kin of Persons Interred on the Land of Myrtle C. Banks, all of whom are unknown, whose names and poet office addresses are unknown, and any and all other persons who are or may be Interested in the real estate, the Bubject matter of this suit, all of whom are unknown, whose names and post office addresses are unknown, all of whom are made parties defendant hereto under the general description “Parties Unknown.” Defendants. The object of thi9 suit is to procure title to certain real estate in Rappahannock County, Virginia, for the purpose of constructing a highway, in Jackson Magisterial District, and to remove bodies interred in a family cemetery located on the premises owned by Myrtle C. Banks as set forth and described in Petition filed this 14th day of December, 1971, on Route 211, Project *211-078-104, RW 201. It appearing that the heirs of persons buried in the cemetery whose identity is unknown, said unknown graves thought to be seven or eight in number, all of said persons now interred in the cemetery located on the land of the said Myrtle C. Banks and to reinter the said bodies in a suitable repository or cemetery, and that the next of kin of the persons whose identity is unknown are made defendants under the description of "Parties Unknown.” Tt is ordered that the unknown heirs do apnear here within ten 110) days after due Order of Publication hereof and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit.
