Steve Hawkins of Culpeper escaped serious injury when the 1966 International tractor pulling a trailer hauling two 1600 gallon tanks of liquid nitrogen overturned Thursday. The accident involving the heavy rig which was Qwned by Culpeper Farmers’ Cooperative, and a pickup, occurred on Route 211 west of Panorama in Page County. Apparently one of the tanks broke loose and the shifting load caused the vehicle to careen across the road and turn over.
