Also of interest is the fact that the proposal involves no land acquisition whatsoever, no expenditure „ of tax funds and no change in the jurisdiction of the National Park Service or existing public use. The Wilderness Act merely provides congressional protection against excessive ' development of the Park to the detriment of its great wildlife, watershed and outdoor recreational values.
