Miller, deceased, who, together with all other persons who might have interest in said proceeds are all parties defendant herein by the general description of .parties unknown.
It is ordered that the said persons made defendant herein by the general description parties unknown do appear within ten (10) days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
