Mrs. W.A. Miller entertained Tuesday with a surprise birthday luncheon in honor of Miss Irene Keyser. Guests included Mrs. Ted Triplett of Castleton, Mrs. A. H. Keyser, Mrs. Nancy McCoy, Mrs. H. M. Keyser, Mrs. Downing Wood, Mrs. W.M. Fletcher and Mrs. Ashby Wayland.
Mr. and Mrs. E.M. Jones spent the weekend on the Eastern Shore staying at the “Whispering Pines” in Accomack and attending the Garden and House Tour. They returned home Monday.
John R. DeBergh and daughters Diane and Deborah have returned home after spending a week skiing and sightseeing in Kearsage, N.H. They visited Mr. and Mrs. Reuben T. Palmer.
