Police, fire and rescue officials know this. Most citizens realize it. Those citizens who don’t realize it are taking undue liberties with the lives and well-being of their neighbors.
Rappahannock has suffered something of a plague of false alarms recently. Before severe police action is required, and before there are serious consequences, it must be stopped. □
