The Rural Letter Carriers Association of Madison, Orange, Rappahannock and Culpeper counties held its annual dinner meeting April 22 at Holly House near Culpeper.
E. C. Showalter of Weyers Cave, a state steward, was guest speaker.
Officers were elected for the coming year and selected as president was James H. Cowherd of Gordons ville. Pete Norris of Culpeper was named vice president and Charlie Compton of Amissville retained the seat of secretary-treasurer.
