A PUBLIC HEARING on the budget for Rappahannock County for the fiscal year 1972-1973 will take place Thursday, June 1, in conjunction with the regular June meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
The budget which totals $1,117,740 is an increase from a year ago of more than $86,000; however, the levy of $4.10 per hundred valuation was maintained. A carryover of $68,730 made it possible to hold the line. .
