collision
A Rappahannock County school bus and a pickup collided on a curve May 19 when they met on a narrow dirt road. The collision occurred on Route 621 near Woodville about 3:50 p.m.
According to Trooper W. A. Buntin, the bus was operated by Charles Hitt of Castleton and sustained damage in the amount of $200. Dennis Jenkins of Sperryville was the driver of the 70 Ford truck to which damage was estimated at $300.
There were no charges placed and no injuries resulted. □
