A WELL BALANCED DIET is the rule for everyone young and old. Eat the correct foods to build the best possible defense against sickness and disease.

As you grow older, eat less but only because you use less energy. The excess food energy will turn into excess and unwanted weight.

Walk t(\ stimulate your appetite or take light exercise if allowed by physician. Having your main meal at noon rather than in the evening will probably leave you more comfortable during your night’s sleep.
