MRS. LUCH OLIVER FOSTER of Flint Hill driving a 70 Plymouth was struck by Linda Gay Dwyer of Sperryville who was operating a 66 Chevrolet Monday morning.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Routes 637 and 522 north of Flint Hill. According to the report filed by the investigating officer, Mrs. Dwyer approached the intersection and attempted to make a turn onto Route 637 and struck the Foster car which was stopped before entering the highway.
Mrs. Dwyer was cited for failing to yield the right of way. The report stated there were no injuries resulting.
