TWO VEHICLES collided on Route 622 west of Washington on September 2. Involved were James Arthur Freeman of Washington and Falls Church in a 69 Dodge and Roger Dale Younger of Falls Church driving a 65 Plymouth.
According to Trooper R. A. Baines, Younger was cited for failing to drive to the right of the road and for defective tires. Damage to the Dodge was estimated at $900 and at $250 to the Plymouth.
