FOR THE purposes of definition, he explained, a subdivision is a division of land into two or more lots of less than 25 acres eachin an agricultural zone, and 50 acres in a conservation zone.
The minimum lot size allowed in an agricultural zone would be five acres; the minimum size in a conservation zone would be 25 acres. If there were public water and sewer systems provided, subdivisions of one-acre lots would be allowed.
For plats on subdivisions of five lots or less, a filing fee of $30 plus $2 per lot would be charged; for more, the fee would be $150 plus $5 per lot.
Performance bonds would be required of subdividers, and subdividers would also be required to maintain the streets in their developments for one year after completition of the project. Regulations
