Charles H. Estes remains a patient in Culpeper Memorial Hospital with a heart condition. Randolph Clater, who is also a patient there, is expected home this week.
Mrs. Ila Sandy returned to her home in Lenoire, N. C. Sunday after visiting with her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. G. M. Black.
Mrs. Amy Gore of Alexandria was a guest Sunday and Monday of Mrs. Lee Thornton.
Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Brown and children, Sheri, Rob and Mark and Mrs. Nina B. Brown attended a picnic Saturday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Haywood Griffith in Front Royal. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Penny and children, Charles, Jr. and Patricia of Danville were guests Sunday of Mrs. Brown.
Mrs. Rannie Ay lor with her sister-in-law, Mrs. Charles Battaglia and children, Angie and Joey of Howard Beach, N.Y. called Wednesday on Mrs. H. B. Winfey, Mr. and Mrs. Jake Yowell and Mrs. B. M. Varner. Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Aylor of Dale City joined them for dinner Sunday and were weekend guests of H. H. Aylor. Mrs. Battaglia and children were overnight guests of the Buddy Aylors and returned to Howard Beach Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brown and son Michael of Hamilton spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. J. Rodes Brown.
