The Commission staff has been directed to file with the Commission testimony and exhibits showing the results of its investigation of the Company’s request for an increase in rates on or before November 15, 1973.

Persons desiring to intervene and be heard should mail to the Commission by October 15, 1973, a notice showing his or her name and interest in this proceeding, care of William C. Young, Clerk, State Corporation Commission, P. 0. Box 1197, Blanton Building, Richmond, Virginia 23209, with a copy to William H. King, Counsel to Virginia Telephone and Telegraph Company, 1400 Ross Building, Richmond, Virginia 23219. Intervenors wishing copies of the applicant’s proposed new schedules of rates and charges and the prepared testimony and exhibits of the Company, the Commission staff, or of any intervenor who may file testimony and exhibits shall so request in their notice and it will be supplied. Intervenors should file with the Commission and send to Counsel to the Company by November 15, 1973, any direct testimony and exhibits proposed to be offered by witnesses for intervenors.
