TWENTY FOOT (20’) RIGHT OF WAY: Twenty feet in width, that is to say, ten feet (10’) on either side of the following centerline, as surveyed by said Curry T. Guinn, Jr., Surveyor, to-wit: “Beginning at a point in the center of the bars at the termination of Route No. 681 (said point beginning N. 53-1/2 W. 390 ft. from ‘A’ on Plat) and running; N. 50 E. 20 ft.; N. 33 W. 140 ft. N. 18 W. 255 ft.; North 130 ft.; N. 20 W. 245 ft.; N. 36 W. 150 ft.; N. 15 W. 105 ft. to a point N. 22-1/4 E: 50 ft. from ‘M’ on plat.” The tract or parcel of land herein described is the same land which was conveyed to Ronald E. Simmonds by deed from John P. Snead, et ux, dated July 26, 1970, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 98, page 94.
