COMMUNITY Trash Removing Inc., D. B. Updike, president, has been awarded a three-year contract to collect trash in Rappahannock County.
The firm’s bid of $22,000 a year for 196 cubic yards of refuse was considered to be the most attractive proposal received by the Board of Supervisors at their meeting September 6.
