The production, a musical comedy rendition of .‘‘Wionie-the-Pooh,” will be the first play done by the group. . All proceeds will be donated to the . establishment of a youth center for the county. Donald Bomberger, a local teacher, will direct. He has in the past directed plays for college •> audiences. ' George Graham, president of the local education association, said: “This presentation of . ‘Winnie-the-Pooh’ will definitely be a carefully executed ope,, veering away from amateurishness as - much as possible. We have in this county abun\ dant untapped talent resources—many former professionals. There are many roles in this play, a few of which require some simple singing ability, but far from all of them. However, aside < from the acting parts, there is a need for mu' sicians, stage crew, costumers and technicians.” . •'‘We hope many residents of the county will show up for next Tuesday’s cast call,” continued Graham. “The cause is worthy and the winter is long.
