RAPPAHANNOCK’S Supervisors spent their first meeting of the new year talking about dog license fees, a topic they’d discussed for much of 1973. This time they apparently got the matter settled, at least for awhile.
At their meeting last Thursday, the Supervisors readjusted the fees for kennel licenses that they’d adopted last month. But before they adjourned, they had to reverse their new decision to comply with state law.
