Thirteen turkeys were killed and checked this fall in Rappahannock. Seven were taken in 1971 and eight in 1972, the only other years when turkeys were legal in the fall. Nine gobblers were taken in the spring of this past year.
Ten deer killed in Rappahannock were checked in Madison and ten were also checked in Page County. Four killed here wete checked in Warren and five were checked in Culpeper. Game Warden Irvin Kenyon checked six and Warden Robert Inskeep check
