At the December meeting, the Supervisors had passed a new set of dog license fees which became effective immediately. But those fees had to be approved again in January, since a technicality prevented the December action from being legally binding.
Although no one attended the hearing last week* to comment on the license fees, Chairman Newbill Miller said he had received “half a dozen” calls concerning the fee for kennels.
