From Page 1 , for sometime the latter part of July, to try and reconcile apparent differences in views heldabout kindergartens by Supervisors, School Board members, and school bureaucrats. Pete Luke brought up the subject, urging his fellow Supervisors to “get down to the nitty gritty” facts about kindergartens for Rappahannock County; Said Luke: “The School Board people said they d only ‘accepted’ the report, not approved it, and I got the impression they were not in favor of a full-day kindergarten program. The others agreed that they had the same impression.
