If the Governor’s Council is a viable and earnest body and not a figurehead, then can you try to take some action to help prevent the desecration of some of the state’s most scenic and historic lands in our area? They are imminently threatened with a high tension Vepco powerline. Application is pending before the SCC which is expected to rule in September. The Council thus has adequate time, if it wishes, to inquire into the threatened
