Culpeper county’s department of social services, received a B.A. degree from Converse College in North Carolina and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina.
AS SHE begins to expand the clinic into full-time operation, Mrs. Goddard will not only work directly with those coming to the clinic, but will also work with other agencies in the community such as the schools and the courts in providing more adequate mental health services.
Because the Culpeper facility is part of a regional program, Mrs. Goddard and the other staff can draw on the services offered elsewhere, such as Orange and Warrenton.
